Garry Christy
Hauser High School Class of 1965
- Proudly served in the US Army for 2 years, one of which was in Vietnam.
- Served 8 years as FRHC School Board Member
- Substitute Bus Driver for FRHC for 22 years
- Played a roll in moving the Simmons One Room Schoolhouse to the current FRHC campus
- Retired after 30 years as a Cable Splicer
- Hospice Volunteer for many years spending hours with patients and their families.
- TechServe Missions Volunteer going on mission trips to Africa, Brazil & Honduras as well as the US doing phone work at camps, churches and other ministries.

- 4-H Leader
- Volunteer in many roles with in his Church
Garry has always had a servant's heart of giving. In fact, every year he plants a big garden and donates all produce to feed the community of Hope and the Hope Food Bank.
Mike Deckard
Hauser High School Class of 1968
- Proudly served in the National Guard
- Farmed for many years
- Business owner for over forty-five years, employing many local residents
- Purchased and refurbished several buildings in Hope
- Hope Heritage Days Grand Marshal in 2016
- Financial supporter of many organizations, such as Hope FFA, HSJ Online, Hope Heritage Days, Hauser Booster Club, HSP, Main Street of Hope and Yellow Trail Museum
Mike is a loyal town resident who feels strongly about supporting and giving back to the Hope community.
