- Partner in Family farm operations, Business Manager for husband's contracting business
- FRHC School Board member from 1978-1982, involving architectural planning of Hope Elementary School
- Life-Long member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she served as a teacher, activity organizer, librarian, and president of the Relief Society
- Led and taught Seminary, an early morning scripture study class, for high school students attending Hauser. School presentations in classrooms of her children and grandchildren
